Hello fellow Wilkes-Barrians. I am a Carpenter with with Local #645 usually working on bigger projects in the area. I was counting on working on the casino hotel and convention center as I worked on the casino. Well yesterday I received a letter from my local asking me to turn in my and anyone else in my households players club card. Reason being is that the work to be done on that project will be done by out-of-town employees. The majority of the work will be done by an out-of-state company, that part of the project is fifty million dollars.    So it looks like no work for me or my union brothers and sisters.
     I ask you to support your local union halls and not spend your hard earned money at the mohegan sun. They don't deserve it...
